Terms of Service
Restform is operated by Craftform Studio (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of the Restform website and application.
1. The service
Restform is a fitness and journaling product in beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old (or the age required in your country).
3. Your content
You retain ownership of workouts, journal entries, photos, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, back up, and display that content solely to operate Restform for you.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access others’ data, interfere with security, or upload unlawful or harmful material.
5. Health disclaimer
Restform is not medical advice. Training and wellbeing decisions are your responsibility. Consult a qualified professional before changing exercise or health routines.
6. Beta
During beta we may reset data, change pricing, or limit access. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or €100 if you use a free tier).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
